Penny Arcade Expo has quickly grown coming from a convention of just a couple of thousand people to a large event with thousands attendees. Nowadays badges with the event sell out instantly after mounting available for purchase, and attendance at PAX has become a yearly tradition for several inside the gaming community. The keynote speaker for PAX South are going to be Christopher Perkins, principal story designer for Dungeons and Dragons at Wizards with the Coast. Perkins got his start at Wizards of your Coast as an editor from the Dungeons magazine, and contains since been promoted to Senior Producer and Story Manager for Dungeons and Dragons. Hearing a presentation from the man in control of lore for the most popular desktop RPG is sure to become a treat, and Dungeons and Dragons generally has received a big influence on the gaming industry – even outside of the tabletop setting.

- Friday the 13 th : The video game – The skill of the Kill! on Friday Jan. 27 at 9:30 pm -Adam Sessler joins Ronnie Hobbs along with developers from Gun Media as they simply grab the stage in order to show how there’s extra to Jason Voorhees’ brand of work after that simple hack job.
- Acquisitions Incorporated on Saturday, Jan. 28 at 2 pm – PAX co-founders Jerry Holkins, Mike Krahulik and special guests play a hilarious round of Dungeons & Dragon with Perkins becoming Dungeon Master. The single most popular panels at intervals of PAX West, Acquisitions Incorporated will always make its PAX South debut in 2017.
- Penny Arcade Q&A #1 on Friday, Jan. 27 at 11:30 am – Holkins and Krahulik will answer questions and supply the biggest PAX announcement because the reveal of PAX South.
Badges for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday admission at PAX South in Seattle, washington, TX are nevertheless designed for $35, although the 3 day passes are traded out.
